Welcome to Bloom Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics! We are a private practice owned by Dr. Susan Blair – dual board-certified in both pediatric dentistry AND orthodontics. Dr. Blair is one of less than 1% of dentists in the world that are dual trained and practicing both pediatric dentistry and orthodontics. As a board-certified orthodontist, she provides early interventional airway-focused treatment as well as comprehensive orthodontic care for older children and teens using the Damon bracket system and Spark clear aligners.
Dr. Blair offers comprehensive pediatric dental care with routine exams, cleanings, restorative dentistry, extractions, laser dentistry, treatment under sedation (with board-certified pediatric MD anesthesiologists), and the latest technology in ultra-low dose digital x-rays
(including 3D CBCT).

A sincere farewell to a loving and devoted husband to Carolyn, the world’s most remarkable Dad to Todd and Morgan, Grandfather to precious Emma, Madeline and Heidi, a rock to his sisters, Kathy and Peggy, a dedicated and caring pediatric dentist, a proud veteran in the U.S. Air Force, an adventurous, strong, loving man: Norman Mills D.D.S. will truly be missed by many.
